Please be aware that "Change a Plan" refers to replacing your current plan (less any FLEX/Meals you have used) while "Add a Plan" refers to adding additional FLEX / Meals to your existing plan. If you are a commuter and do not have an existing plan, use the "Add a Plan" option to have a meal plan added to your account.
